5th Annual Korea-America Student Conference (Deadline April 16th)

by admin
KASC is a student-led, intensive academic and cultural Conference where 25 U.S. and 25 Korean students live, travel and study for the entire month of July. Every year, the Conference convenes at 4 different universities across the U.S. or Korea (it rotates countries every summer) and the 50 students explore and discuss global issues confronted by both countries. They research roundtable topics with global and domestic interest (environmental law, business, the arts, etc) and present their findings at Final Forum, at the conclusion of the Conference. They also host field trips, seminars and distinguished speakers, working towards the goals of understanding each other better. While living and working together, they build exceptional leadership skills and form life-long friendship and trust with their counterparts.
The student Executive Committee is currently recruiting delegates to participate in the 5th KASC and we would be delighted to have delegates represent your school this year for the Conference.
Please note that the adjusted deadline is April 16th, and not March 1st as written in the flier.
