Position Title: Sale Administration staff
Location: Dubai, UAE

Position Summary

Support the sales organization by evaluating and preparing with a focus on the main five sales management duties ((1) customer management, (2) cost management, (3) sales
PGM management,(4)order process management and (5)salesman management), and operate with a focus on transparent sales operations and resource management based on profitability

Main Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned. In this position, either directly or through others, the incumbent will:

Devise strategies for business management and registration operations
Follow up on issues with Sales Meetings, etc.
Follow up on resources, service and other related issues
Follow up how to dispose of problematic inventory (long term or defective)
Discuss the Credit limit, Pay term. Etc
Establish and manage pricing policy
Manage Sales Program and other Sales Allowances (Related to Advertising or Trade Marketing organizations)
Release Credit Notes on Good Set Returns and others
Discuss and Confirm with Charge Back Related Account Receivable
